Yuichi Fukuda
Yuichi holds a degree in Economics from Kyoto University. He began his career at Mitsubishi Corporation, one of Japan’s leading general trading companies, before moving to the Japanese subsidiary of a global food company where he deepened his expertise in food trade. Drawing on years of experience bridging Japanese producers and international markets, he co-founded MAYTZ JAPAN with a clear mission: to bring the finest Japanese food products to the world.
Kenshi Matsuda
Ichizu holds a degree in Economics from Doshisha University. He built his career at Kanematsu Corporation, a specialist trading company with deep roots in global commerce, before joining the Japanese subsidiary of a foreign food company. With a strong foundation in international business and a passion for Japanese food culture, he co-founded MAYTZ JAPAN to champion Japan’s exceptional food producers on the world stage.
